This workshop is based on the methodology of Brené Brown and covers the topics of shame and shame resilience.

It aims to help uncover how shame impacts our desire for authentic and meaningful connection and how we can make new choices that see us move toward a place of worthiness and wholeheartedness.

Free onsite parking is available on Level 2 of the Home Ideas Centre (make your way up to the second ramp and park in the reserved Home Ideas spaces on the wall directly at the top of the 2nd ramp)

Morning tea and Afternoon tea will be provided.

The Home Ideas Centre is located 2 minutes walking distance from local cafes, 5 mins to Parnell Rose Gardens and 7 mins to Auckland’s Tamaki Drive waterfront.
